Ordered a high-beam kit for my 2006 chevy silverado on September 25, 2009. Today is November 24th, 2009 one day away from TWO MONTHS and I do not have my part. But they did however manage to charge me for it because that is what scam artists do, and do well like Mr. Tail Light.com!!!! They don't respond to online through their own website inquiries, they don't respond to personal emailings to their sales dept. if there even is one, they don't answer the phone, and there is no voicemail option when calling on the phone. Does this place even exist?!?! COMEPLETELY unable to be contacted. I write bad reviews on their website and they get deleted right away. All the reviews on there that don't get deleted are probably written by mr. tail light as they are all five stars. i get nothing as for status updates that is helpful like a TRACKING NUMBER. All that I have gotten from them is an e-mail after I placed the order saying that my order was pending, then another e-mail a week later saying processing, then another and final e-mail 20 DAYS LATER saying in transit, that final one was on the 22nd of oct. it is now like i said nov 24th and nothing in the mail!!!!!
