On behalf of M&S Auto sales of Riverdale, I would like to apologize for the unfortunate situation that occurred. It is never our desire to reposses a valued customer's vehicle. Unfortunately, when payments are not made by the customer after us making a significant effort to contact and/or work with the customer to make some sort of alternative arrangement, we legally have to reposses the vehicle. As an employee of M&S Auto Sales I know that we take it upon ourselves to do everything in our power to prevent repossesions by calling the customer multiple times each day that they are late, as well as leaving a voicemail each time.

How many times were you just a little late with your payment(s)? They can repo on ONE day late if they feel it's necessary...especially since they're a subprime (dead-beat) lender.
"They purposely wait on you to default and claim they provide you with a 10-14 days grace period (don't believe it). I was a few days late and they repossesed my vehicle"
"I wish I would have done my homework prior to purchasing a vehicle from them. If you google online you will see all kinds of postings regarding issues with this dealership and unlawful practices."
You should have read the contract YOU signed agreeing to IT'S terms. Verbal claims/understandings are worthless. This should have been done BEFORE signing at the "X".
Again, what are the unlawful practices of this dealer/lender? If they REALLY are operating unlawfully, report them to your state's attorney general and the BBB, being sure to cite the laws they are breaking.
