Mercedes Steeley, the owner of M's Beauty and Body Boutique, hires employees under the table, does not compensate them well, takes employee's tips that are given by customers and never distributes them and does not REPORT TAXES. She shorts her employees on their paychecks, does not give them on time, and does not give them proper breaks. She is a FRAUD/THEIF/LIAR! Customers/guests/future employees-BEWARE!
