I am presently working on an update to the deceptive practices and full scam that MS Media is perpetuating both on the Internet as well as through the phone.  I have taken screen shots of their web site which is http://www.mymsmedia.com and since I created those screen shot images and wrote my first scam alert on http://www.GloucesterCounty-VA.com MS Media has revamped their site.  They are trying to intimidate me with legal threats.  Their attorney, Warren Domangue has an internet file here http://www.vin5.com/payment-are-being-made-with-stolen-paypal-accounts/ where his email address shows up in a paypal scam alert and also here, http://www.petitiononline.com/petitions/D4CCC/signatures?page=4
where he wrote the following, "

The  evidence is overwhelming in support of the existence of extraterrestrail life and their visitation to Earth. EVERYTHING will change once their presence is known and acknowledged by all. I believe the change will be for the better and benefit humanity. It is time we grow up, collectively, and stop allowing fear to rule our lives. This is the biggest story in the history of humanity, and it is the greatest hope ever presented to us.

So MS Media's attorney believes in little green men from outer space and we all need to grow up and accept that fact according to MS Media's attorney.

The scam is that you think you are applying for a sales job with North American Bancard, but somehow you are contacted by MS Media who misrepresents everything and down and out lies to you on what the real deal is.  They want $500.00 for training and other services.  Then they claim they will place you with a bank on their web site, but claim on the call that you will be working for them.  They claim that you will be placed with Wells Fargo who is doing everything to take over the credit card processing industry and that Wells Fargo does not offer merchants services through their banks or on line.  When I sent them a screen shot that Wells Fargo does have merchant services, their tune changed.  When I told them I was going to speak to a friend that works at one of the branches, the call got ugly real fast.

You see, they claim to be the exclusive representatives for Wells Fargo.  I called Wells Fargo's main corporate office and Wells Fargo never even heard of MS Media.  They triple checked all logs to make sure of that.  I have the cell phone log with phone number, date and duration of the call.  Here is where everything blew up though.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were up and up.  When I sent an email to the company about how their sales rep was rude to me and that if I were to write an article about MS Media, it would not look good, the threats from Mike Menzel started flying with threats of lawsuits and all.  So I went ahead and posted the article as this was a major red light.  I have been contacted by what looks like a very shady lawyer from CO, who now is harassing me.  Trying to get me to pull the scam alert on my site.  I'm working on new stories about all of this now.

Funny part is MS Media has now seriously revamped their site since all this started in an effort not to be sued by everyone from what I can see.  To late, I have all the screen shots of what the site looked like before the revamp.  Their lawyer has no clue about this though.  I have so much evidence against this company that I will be posting..  Yet they are trying to claim stalking law violations.  Nice try.  I'll go to court over that.

I will update this posting once I have all the files put together and posted on my site.  I have already made extensive notes on the copies of MS Media's web pages before their new revamping, showing complete incoherence and misrepresentations, hence, fraud.

Please be very careful out there.  The thieves are getting smarter and more sophisticated.
