MSI Merchant services are a complete ripp off Biggest Ripp off i ever had to deal with New Providence, New Jersey
So lets start by saying, a salesman called and said we will not be charged but 8 cents every transaction and 9$ a month. Which sounds like an ok deal since they said the machines will be free ( another lie) . He also said, no cancellation fee which is another lie.
After using he machine 2 times only, i got a bill for $110. Keep in mind that I am only suppose to be charged $10 and also. they have access to my account and took the money right out of it. I called them and they pretty much had no explanation but simply saying, other fees.
I was mad so i cancelled ( it gets worse). After cancelling on the phone and sending them their equipments, they just recently sent me a bill for $145.31. Called them again , 1st time they simply hung up on me. After waiting for 30 more minutes, they basically charged me for cancelling fee which they tried to deny.
Stay away from those guys are all costs, they target new businesses , i should've came here before i signed the contract with them, cause i saw a lot of complaints. Beware
