I CANCELLED MY ACCT AT END OF MONTH SO THAT I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR NEXT MONTH AS I NEEDED TO SAVE SOME MONEY THAT IS WHY I CANCELED MY ACCT-
WHAT DID THEY DO THEy CHARGED MY ACCT FOR THE NEXT MONTH AND NOW THE WONT CREDIT ME FOR 2MTHS -
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WERE VERY VERY RUDE AND DID NOT CARE TO DO ANYTHING TO COMPENSATE WHAT THEY DID -
I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT THAT I WOULD RETURN TO THEM AS A CUSTOMER ONCE MY FINANCES WORKED OUT BUT I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER RETURN TO THEM -
BECAUSE OF THE TIME I HAD TO SPEND ON THE PHOEN AWAY FROM
MY JOB, AND THE AMOUNT OF TIMES IT TOOK TO CANCEL MY ACCT AND TO GET A CREDIT THAT THEY SHOULDNT HAVE CHARGED -
AMERICA ONLINE HAS MUCH FRIENDLY STAFF AND OFFERS COMPENSATION FOR CUSTOMERS THAT ARE UPSET
