Purchased this product for recording feature they advertise. They claim you can get "real-time" recordings through the target phone and listen in on conversations and surroundings. I purchased this to monitor my teenage son's activity while at school and other places. Download went fine and I was able to instantly see the GPS feature.
When I tried to set up the recording feature I encountered several issues and tried to call customer service. Although their website states 24/7 customer service, the phone number listed on the website is only available until 5pm, otherwise, you have to leave a message. The issue I was encountering was setting the time slots of the recordings. I was under the impression that you can record all the time...anytime. That was not the case. You can only record in 30 minute clips and only every so often otherwise some "issues may arise with the software" their words, not mine.
I then logged back onto the website to fill out a trouble ticket to tell them I was unsatisfied with the product and wanted a refund. They advertise 10 money back guarantee. First it , took them 2 days to get back to me. Then they wanted to know the reason for my refund request. When I told them I was unsatisfied, they responed that it was not an appropriate reason and denied my refund. $69 dollars, gone in seconds! Do not waste your time and money on this rip off company. They are scam artists!
