MST Financial Services, LLC Michelle S. Tucker, President, BEWARE OF ENGAGING IN ANY ACTIVITY Boulder, Colorado
If you find yourself in the offices of MST Financial Services, LLC in Boulder, CO interviewing for any of their positions (Sales, Negotiator, Contracts, HR, Paralegal, Customer Service), be warned about who you're working for. I left a very prestigious company, with generous benefits and tenure to come work for Michelle S. Tucker. After a week of employment, she had one of her personnel call me after I left work for the day to inform me that I was let go. No reason was provided, nor had there been any communication regarding the dissatisfaction of my services. For all I knew, things were going well. I hit the ground running and completed tasks as assigned, despite the lack of proper new employee training procedure.
MST Financial Services, LLC is poorly organized with an unstable administration, responsible for over 50 individuals (possibly you?). In my week's time there, three management-level employees were either let go or left because of the hasty, whimsical and unprofessional execution of power by Michelle Tucker. The company has an extremely high employee turnover, and lacks the structural foundation any good employee deserves. If you are unemployed and desperate for a job, beware. It's not worth your time or risk! If you're employed and looking for opportunity, you will not be given the typical 90-day period involved with most sound organizations. In either instance, common decency will not be observed and you will be taking an enormous risk for Michelle Tucker, who doesn't care one ounce about you.
My intention in reporting this is to inform the consumer and potential applicant. I know this economic environment calls for desperate measures, but not with MST Financial Services, LLC and Michelle S. Tucker. If you find yourself responding to a Craigslist add in Boulder, CO for a "growing financial firm", be on alert. There's a reason the add was placed, and it's not because it's growing. It's because no one can survive in the chaotic, unprofessional, and hasty atmosphere.

When a person refuses to use their real name while purportedly initiating an in depth complaint about a company, don't you have to stop and ask yourself how valid the complaint may be, or if it is even a truth at all. My name is Michelle Tucker and I am not afraid to use my name to refute this ridiculous complaint. This person claimed to be a credentialed legal secretary, that was so good during the interview, that I failed to check her credetials. That turned out to be a huge mistake, but first let me go to some of the statements this "peson unknown" makes in this complaint. They state that "I left a very prestigous company, with generous benefits and tenure to come and work for Michelle S. Tucker". Why would a person leave what sounds like employment paradise to come and work in an unproven environment? The truth is that I was told a very different story and bought into it. This person thought things were going well at my company for them as,"they hit the groung running and completed tasks as assigned, despite the lack of proper new employee training procedure". The job description was legal secretary, for which their had never been one previously. What would the training be except for the inter-departmental training that this person did receive? This person unknown states that I have high employee turnover, when in fact, I have had most of my employees for many years. This person signs the complaint with SCREWED. I propose that, in fact, it was I that had the act performed upon them by this person and it is continuing in this unnamed complaint.
