Mtm, lnc. Medical transportation management Mtm fails to provide ride to client as contracted by state Lake St Louis Missouri
mtm inc has failed to find me a ride to my dr's appointment that i ended up canceling due to lack of ride. This is my first time scheduling a ride with Mtm since they took over from Logisticare. First they couldn't find my name in the system and they had my address wrong. They blamed the state even though the state had the correct address. Next they kept setting me up with ride providers where i was out of their service area. since they couldn't find a ride for me, Mtm wanted me to cancel my doctors appointment, and reschedule for a later date. It is a bunch of crap since Mtm is contracted by Wisconsin to broker rides. The contract is for $53.8 million. Seems Mtm wants to keep the money rather then providing the rides. Mtm was sued by Missouri for fraud in 2005. In my opinion, Mtm is a ripoff, and we thought Logisticare was bad. Mtm is worse. My girlfriend had to cancel a doctors appointment over 100 miles away because Mtm needed the ride approved. They had at least a full week to find her a ride.
