i placed an order for three jackets in November of 2016 for Christmas gifts. The company promptly took their payment from my account. i reached out to them in January via Facebook and email (the only ways to contact them) as I had not yet received my items. At that time they replied stating they were backed up from the holidays but I would receive my order. I still had not received my order that I paid for, and attempted to reach out again last month. I have sent several messages through their now deleted Facebook page, email and business website. The messages have been seen, however I have not gotten a reply despite several requests for a refund.
