Complaint Review: MULVINS PET CONNECTION - CORRY Pennsylvania

oh sheesh....if u filed your bankrupcty before u met me how could i have been included in it.....come on u were being very dishonest and u know it....but hey it is over....your the one who has to live with it..

when i filed bankruptsy it was befor i had met darlene, if she paid att. in court, i had a insur. claim filed for a fire i had, if and when that was settled i would repay everyone. that has been settled, as darlene knows, she was informed by the courts. there for she will get paid, hopfully by the end of oct 05.also the man in flor. did get paid by me way back when he sent me vet reports stating the birds were not what he was to be getting, his wife has also pasted away. I think everyone should be carful when doing business with people you do not know. as for nicole, please do not contact this person becouse it is not worth it.

I cant help but file a comment on this. This is so funny. First of all how old are you dear? These are the comments of a child and why all the anger like your trying to prove something? Theres some facts here that you dont seem to understand for your mother to file her in her bankruptcy she had to have owed her.And of course she no longer owes her because she was filed. That doesnt mean she didnt owe her to begin with. I also noticed the last post date it was a year ago. YOU clearly are the one who started up. So obviously no one has been crying over this but you. Does your mother know you are doing this? you clearly can cause some problems over this. Whenever a rebuttal is filed the person is informed doesnt mean they are on the computer 24\7 . Its bad enough she didnt get paid .for you to do this makes YOU look like the fool. YOU are only making your mother look worse not the other person.

EXCUSE ME .. YOUR PARENTS DOORS ARE STILL OPEN BECAUSE THEY FILED BANKRUPTCY AND DIDNT HAVE TO PAY PEOPLE THEY OWED...NAME CALLING WONT CHANGE THE FACT THEY OWED FOR SOMETHING THEY DIDNT PAY..I ALSO HAVE PAPERS FROM A DISTRICT JUSTICE SAYING THEY OWED ME BUT I DIDNT GET PAID CAUSE THEY FILED ME WITH THERE BANKRUPTCY...THE MONEY AND BIRDS ARE GONE...BUT PEOPLE STILL NEED TO BE WARY AND I DONT GO INTO PET STORES WHINING EVERYDAY ..SHEESH .. IF ANYONE WANTS TO SEE THESE PAPERS ILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO LET YOU...AND THIRDLY I HOPE THEY LEAVE THIS UP HERE FOR A LONG TIME SO NO ONE GETS RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID.

You know i find it funny that still this is on this site! First off i know for a fact that people like you come into my parents store every day pleading that someone ripped you off, guess what every single day just like you everyone is ripped off, god you get ripped off buying a can of pop! GET OVER IT! Secondly you have no freaking idea why my parents filed bankruptcy so keep your dirty nose out of it! Thridly i know my mom i know my dad and i know the way things run at that store, but mostly i know that people like you is why family owned business's dont last. on april 15th 2003 i recieved a judgement from the corry district justice in my favor against mulvins pet connection. if any one is interested in seeing it just email me i will send it over.....she may have have filed bankruptcy and i may never see my money for this judgement but at least by warning people i will get my justice not to have someone ripped off by her.. she never paid me but lies and says she did..well if she did im sure the district justice office would not have ruled in my favor. so please anyone considering doing business with her be careful..

well obviously something is wrong here....did u pay for the birds ...if not how are you out any money?? just return the birds if they arent right. give the guy back his money and be done with it. i think the scammer is the pet store obviously i am also a bird breeder and i know if the birds are not the right sex you can either resell them or return them . she said you didnt pay her so obviously she is the one being ripped off. ive dealt with people like this pet shop before and when they dont want to pay they turn the tables and blame the other person. if you think your the innocent victim here maybe you should look in the mirror be surprised what you see

im sorry but she filed a rebuttal and said she is out money...how can she be out any money she never paid me for the birds....the original complaint why i didnt get paid is the birds were missing toes and eyes and now they are the wrong sex???? so return them the guy comes to erie in april just give them back....the district justice had ordered that he return them so return them and thats the end of it....and yes she has had problems before....im not the only one she has done this too...how did i rip her off when she never paid for the birds????? if she didnt like the way they looked why would she even take them on consignment?????? sheesh give it up

im the one who posted that here.....she also has filed bankruptcy and she got to keep her shop she owed a lot of people a lot of money...she also purchased a puppy from someone and wouldnt pay them because she said it was the wrong breed ...come on shes a pet shop she should know her dogs......also she never paid me but he paid her ....how is she out her money i told her i would take the birds back....she claimed in bankruptcy court the guys wife has cancer and she cant get a hold of him.......yeah right.....whos honest....whos ripping who off?

well guess what the guy that bought them had them surgically tested, one pair was both females the other, the male could not produce babies even in his younger days. the man that bought them lives in Fl. so cost wise he is out his money, i am out mine,she gets rid of birds that are no good for anything.I have been in business for 9 years, this is the first time i have had someone rip me off!!! The sad thing about this is i refund this guys money i have no birds and this crazy lady gets to smear my good name all over the place!! I have a lawyer that is taking care of this the legal matter for me, and sights like this is not helping the person that is the honest person in this matter.
