I signed up to contract with this company as a customer support representative. I was required to pay them $500 for 3rd party equipment; unfortunately, the assignment fell through due to no fault of my own and I was told I would receive my $500 back. That was in October 2018. It is now December 23, 2018 and I have contacted them numerous times to inquire about this. I am met with a bad attitude and the rare times they have communicated with me I have been told there is nothing they can do and the 3rd party will not respond to their inquiries. I have requested the 3rd party information so I can contact them myself and they refuse to provide me this information. This is a IBO which works under Arise. I guess I'm out of $500. Do not work with Murphy Virtual Solutions, LLC.
