Well thank goodness for Clickbank's customer service. I went to their website and filed a complaint and requested a refund. Within 24 hours they responded and said my money would be put back into my account within 15 days. I will have to wait to be credited but at least I didn't get scammed from these crooks at musicdownload.net. I hate it when websites pretend like they are giving you your money's worth when in fact you can get it for free somewhere else like Bearshare's peer to peer program. So if you need to get a refund, go to the site where you gave your account info at (IE Clickbank, Paypal etc) and let them know you are dis-satisfied with the product b/c you're not getting what was promised. You will get results.

I agree Tim. Like you I forked over $28.00 just to find out that you can get viruses and junk files from their so called, "data base". I am now in the process of trying to get a refund. I clicked on the link that is supposed to let them know about my dis-satisfaction with their product. After a bunch of rebuttals and offers to stay I finally got to the screen where you type in your info to get the refund. It said the money would be back in my account within 48 hours but I did it on Sunday and here it is 5 days later and nothing. Yesterday I requested the refund again, yet no response not even an email acknowledging of the request. I will keep you up to date on how they respond if they ever do.
