I paid for a 2 year membership which was advertaised as 0.66p per month and ended up paying 37.42 in one lump sum without the ability to cancel transaction.

I have tried to cancel the membership in the 7 days as indicated in terms and conditions and have tried to use their support link, but only get some message about there being no domain.

I even tried to download the software as I have paid for the 2 years now, but only get a blank page. It caused no ill effect to the computer but I still can't use the membership I have paid for.

I couldn't cancel the transaction as my bank doesn't allow me to do that.

WELL AND TRULY CONNED. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
