Muslimen Sema , MNLF Chairman of Utarra Kutawato State Revolutionary Committee and self proclaimed Chairman of the 15 man council is the known King of KFRG in Central Mindanao who kidnapped CONCHITA TAN, ADIN YU, CHIONGSON, KIAN, WILSON TAN, NELSON TAY, CK Indian National, and many others. He will act as negotiator but in reality is the head of the KFRG. If you have a prime lot in Cotabato City, they will forcibly take it from you. If not, they will kill you, just like what happened to Bert Padlan who was the previous franchiser of Coca Cola. Now, SEMA owns Coca Cola Franchise in Cotabato City after they mercilessly killed Padlan. They were also responsible for the killing of Lino Hortinela because Hortinela does not want to sell the property where Mc. Donalds is located. They are actually the owner of Mc. Donalds using only Oscar Tan Abing as their dummy.
If you are also a politician, they will also kill you if you are not their ally. Look what happened to Councilor Alexis Costales, Atty. DETAINED KIDNAPPER SAYS SANDRA AMPATUAN SEMA MASTERMINDED AMBUSH SLAY OF ATTY. ARNEL SINSUAT DATUKON
Datukon and his driver, Michael Mohammad, were on their way to work when they were ambushed on September 23, 2006 by two motorcycle-riding gunmen. Datukon, 43, died instantly.
When Datukon died, City Police were looking in to the possible involvement of an influential politician in the killing of lawyer Arnel Datukon, the social fund manager of the autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao( ARMM) who was set to run for the Citys congressional seat in the 2007 elections but was killed.
Pendatun Kusa, detained for kidnapping and known ally of SEMA, pinpointed SANDRA AMPATUAN SEMA as the mastermind for the ambush of Atty. ARNEL SINSUAT DATUKON. Kusa said Si Bai Sandra ang nagpapatay sa kay Bapa nya Arnel kasi makalaban nya ito sa eleksyon.
Families of the victims, are happy with admission of Kusa. They however said, they know very well the Justice system in Maguindanao. Kaya nilang bilhin ang hustisya kasi mapera sila. Pero ang busong (wrath of Allah) ay darating din sa kanila sa pagpatay nila sa mabuting tao na walang kasalanan sa kanila. Pag dumating ang Busong hindi kayang pigilin yan, tulad ng nangyari sa mga Ampatuan.

How many more reports are you going to make beside the 13 that you already have???? BTW they make no sense anyway - do you have substantial evidence to back up this claims?
