i recieved mail from these people with a letter and check saying i won the shoppers sweepstakes .was told to call the number provided not to cash the check for 5 days had to use the check to pay taxes on winnings was deducted from winnings .

Where is the rip off ??????? What did you do ??? What did they do to you ??? You have given absolutely no information as to a rip off. Please re-post with pertinent information.
