MVP Auto Carriers LLC Admits body damage, won't pay claim after 2 months. Insists I let their repair guy do minor paint and bondo, since damage is below their auto insurance deductible; I want to use a REAL collision center Sunrise Florida
STAY AWAY!!! The carrier first acknowledged the minor damge to my Audi's paint and fender, but after 2 months, still will not pay a local body shop to repair. The amount $1500 is below thier auto insurance deductible, and the transport company insists that thier auto mechanic can do the repair for cheap. Yea, that's a mistake that I want to make.
The owner, ALEX, simply doesn't want to pay . Too bad... your mistake, your responsibility to do a quality repair.
Do NOT trust your vehicle to this carrier, regardless of price quoted.

This issue is taking so long to get resolved because the customer is not willing to budge on anything, I am not talking about money, I am talking about ANYTHING.
He is trying to fix his entire vehicle at our expense, the issue during transport (which is also not clear it was done on transport, but because it doesn't show on the pictures, we agreed to fix it).
He totally set us up, but again, we are willing to fix THE FENDER ONLY. On delivery, he noted the dent and he was the nicest person to let us leave and keep the car to start his threats.
The estimate he gave us includes doors, bumpers and even a wheel! IT IS ABSURD. And because he can use a computer to bash our company online, he will.
It is costing money and business to live with a FALSE review on damage, but we refuse to help a person like that to get away AGAIN with online threats.
I am Alex, I am not the owner of the company, but I am the dispatch manager, I have tried for numerous times to come to an agreement, I offered to fix, I offered to send someone there for a quote, I offered to rent him a car while his vehicle in under repair and all I heard was, no, I want to use this body shop, this week took his time to take to an even more expensive body shop to get an even bigger invoice.
It is a shame that this is how the world is, that we have to pay 5 times more just to avoid a review like that.
I can provide all the pictures of the car, before and after so anyone can judge if that is worth over $1500.
I am available to anyone that would like to see any of the pictures and crazy estimates this customer had provided.
And I affirm again, we will fix THE FENDER ONLY.
