I was billed without my knowledge from a membership I supposedly bought 3 months ago of which I never received any letter, membership package, or email confirmation. I did not know who MWI Travel Arrangements and Connections were.
Two withdrawals from my account of $99 were taken simultaneously and I did not approve or give them permission to do this. Please let me know what I can do to ensure a refund and that my account will not be billed in the future. It looks like I might have to get a new account and credit card so this won't happen again.
