MWI ESSENTIALS ripoff consumer rip-off fraud Omaha Nebraska
I had no idea who MWI Essentials were until I went on-line
to check my bank account.There was $96.00 debited out of
my checkings account on 2/25/03 by MWI Essentials.When I
called the toll free number for them the machine only gave
two options.
One was to enter an account number(which I did not have
because I had no account with them) and the other was to
enter a telephone number.That I did and then the machine
told me that my account had been cancelled.
OK, here is a company that just debited my checkings account
on 2/25/03 and then on 2/26/03 they say that the account
which I never had was cancelled.
I hung up and called back this time not entering a phone
number but pressing 0 to see if I would be transferred to
a service representitive.I was and explained to her that
I never had an account there and I demaned that they credit
my checkings account with the $96.00 that they illegally
debited out of it.I was told that the money was for a plan
that they had to help me save money.DAH!!!! That's what
I use my local bank for.She told me that she was cancelling
the account(hey, the machine told me that the account
had already been cancelled) and that my money would be back
in the bank by 3/3/03 or 3/4/03.I informed her that if it
was not i would be contacting the state attorney generals
office.This company is a big time RIP-OFF.BEWARE!
