This company put a charge on my charge card for 149.95. When I called, they said I responded to their telemarketing. This never happened. She told me it would take 1 - 2 months for my "cancellation" to show up on my card. Meanwhile, she gave me a sales pitch for this supplemental health insurance product and asked if I received the membership packet.

She kept insisting that I or my wife ordered this on the phone on November 21 (the billing on the card was posted 1/8). I insisted we didn't and twice asked her if it was possible that her company got our information from some other source (we told her we used that credit card number online) and billed us for the product. Both times she said "it could happen . . . it's happened to me before." She said her name was Sonjia and her "ID number" was 1006.

I then called my Visa card issuer and their fraud department hadn't heard of the company. They said I would not be responsible for this charge. When I got off the phone I typed MWI Premierhealth Plus in my "Search" function of my internet browser and the only thing I found was your Ripoff Report, and no site for this company. I called the Visa issuing bank back and they were VERY interested in this, but the fraud department closed a few minutes before my call back.
