MWI*HomeWorks Plus! ripoff, unreachable, fraudulent, LIARS! help? Internet
I am writing to inform others of the fraudulent business practices of HomeWorks Plus!!
I signed up for the free trial membership for $1.00. When I noticed that their promises and company were fake, I immediately went to find the website address to obtain the cancellation phone number, to no avail.
I searched through differnet search engines and the original membership email for some clue to help in cancelling. Then I came upon this site.
I called the number provided by other authors on this site who were ripped off by them. When I did, I chose the billing inquiry option. I was then on hold for 20 minutes until they disconnected me. Then ( just to be sneaky) I called back and chose an option that was for shopping with them via phone. Immediately, I was able to get a hold of a real person. When I tried to explain to her that I needed to cancel my membership she just transfered me without letting me speak. I was then on hold for another 20 minutes and disconnected eventually again!
How did you other people finally get a hold of someone to cancel? Should I just cancel my credit card?
I'm so frustrated! Please help!
