Three.com.au mobile services for months have been over charging on my mobile/internet bill.When the company Three was contacted for the first time they informed me that the supervisor will contact me within 24 hours, 24 hours later not one call, 48 hours 1 missed call from a private number unknowing if it was the supervisor, So here i was thinking that they have fixed the payments up, '' I GUESSED WRONG". Once again another month later i recieved a mobile/internet bill, Higher than the last months, again I contacted three customer care, explained to them that again my bill is too high, that I have contacted them a month ago and why are they charging me for items that I haven't used. Three have amitted that they were wrong that they have been charging me for two services that I haven't used and that they will refund me one fifth of the money that they have over charged me. From over $200 they will give me $40 as a good will service.
