My Access Benefits took $149.00 from my account without my knowledge and said I approved it when I didn't Clearwater Florida
On Feb.1st 2008 $149.00 was taken out of my account without my knowledge.I called my bank who gave me the number to call to see why this happened.
The man on the phone said that I approved them doing this.When I told him I didn't he said there was nothing I could do about this and I was out the $149.00.
