My-Bath,LLC My-Bath.com Took my money but nothing delivered Internet
I ordered a steam shower in June, 2009 with steamshower.org. My-Bath.com did not deliver. First, there was a problem with the order. Next, the item arrived damaged. Then, the company was having problems with PayPal. Files with the State Attorney General but they had no contact from the company and they do not deal with individual cases. Filed a report with the BBB. The company said they would reimburse me. What they did was move from NY to Cape Coral, FL. The BBB did follow up and remove their accreditation. However, they still showed the logo on their web site. Now even the website is gone. Steamshower.org was no help either. They showed my order but did nothing with My-Bath to resolve the issue.
