My Diet Patches ripoff I am a student and they took my money from my account and have not refunded it Tinley Park Illinois
I am a sophomre college student and I have been riped off by My Diet Patches.
I saw their offer online and wanted a trail of the product, which i agreed to pay for the shipping.
I received the trial and I did not care for it. So a few weeks later I received a giant package with, I believe was a 60 days supply or so.
I did nothing with the package and a week later I got a notice from my bank saying that I was negative $160 dollars in my bank. Not only did I have to pay off that amount but... the fees for the negative charge which all came out to $365 dollars.
Unbelievable, that this happened to me. So i went to the bank freaking out. They said to go to the post office and return the package with insurance. I do so. So now they can not say I never sent it.
I had the post office give me a receipt for proof. That was November 5th 2004, it is now December 3rd 2004. I just got off the phone with those diet patch people and they said "oh something is wrong" blablabla. They have not refunded my money yet!
I had to email this address with my mailing information. The man said we might have to send you a check. Whatever it is... I want my money back!!
