I purchased 12 new DVD titles from StrictlyDVDs.com on the 11th February 2004 and was charged via my credit card for $162.00 by mypaysystems.com. I never received my order. So I contacted the vendor (strictlyDVDs) about the problem. They (strictlyDVDs) said they were unable to process my order so I cancelled the order with them. But mypaysystems does not seem to want to refund my money back to me!

I requested a refund with mypaysystems and they said it would take a couple of days to confirm with the vendor before issuing the refund. If the vendor accepted or did not respond within two days, my refund would be processed automatically and that it would take up to two weeks for me to receive my refund. I was asked to check back with them after a few days to see how my refund request was progressing.I did this only to find that my refund request had mysteriously vanished from their records! Surely this is not fair business!

Buyers BEWARE! Do not buy from vendors who accept MyPaySystems payments. Can someone help me with this?!
