My Plumber installed a toilet bowl 4 years ago in our bathroom and we paid a hefty price not worrying it was supposed to be done by professionals. Just this year 2013 we noticed the carpet adjacent to the bathroom wet, ripped it off and found out a puddle underneath which was seeping thru our bathroom tiles from the toilet bowl.

All tiles and cement had to be taken out including our hallway carpet which couldnt be restored anymore. only to find out they attached the bowl back 2009 to a slanted flanger causing the water to seep thru the tiles for four years causing the molds underneath and flooring cement to drumble like sugar. unfortunately our insurance wouldnt answer for it saying it should be My Plumbers accountability considering the very poor instalation.

of course, theyt didnt took responsibility. Beware!!! they're very fast when they need you but when you got problems its impossible to get hold of them , the manager is incommunicado, doesnt call back ..never ever contact them for plumbing. theyre a big company who doesnt care messing up a small client like us but were filing more complaints on site to get this scammer down.

Stop fabricating stories!

In addition to your claims, as if you know more about our lives than we do. I told your inspector that the tiles were the same PRIOR to your job back 2009, since our tiles in that bathroom are the original that came with the house. Why do you concoct stories that we had tile work made back in the past? We just changed the tiles this August 18, 2013 because the work you did back 2009 messed it up!

And NO MANAGER called me up to address the havoc you made. if you post another rebuttal on this, let the record show that this is how you answer to your clients comlaints - thru Rip OFF sites, shame on you!

I just checked this site too and search your name and OH BOY!!!! this site is swamped with complaints of your deception! How I wish I checked on your "reputation" first before I got deceived by your big name. One advice, never knocked down another contractor for cleaning up your mess, so unprofessional! your license ought to be revocked. If anything you are just a menace to soceity, too bad for to learn it the hard way!

Big Lie!

It is amamzing that you had the time to rebut our complaints here when you never found the time to call us. Your manager never even talked to us, it was your inspector you talked to us instead who told us your manager is out of office!

First Lie: there is no child living in the house back 2009, we just had our baby! 2nd Lie: your Manager whom I never I got to talk to was incommunicado, out of the office and unreacheable. You never followed up on our problem. I was the one bugging you, so own up to your being unprofessional. State farm ispector came in here, another contractor just repaired the mess you made. You placed a new toilet over a crooked flanger with no cares in the world, only that you get your money!

It naturally took 4 years to manifest because all the years, it was seeping thru our tiles invisible to us until it permeated out the toilet and damaged our floooring. you have cleaned your hands and taken no responsibility on this matter. So stop with the lies and stop justifying the big mess you haver cost us. We will never ever ever do business with you. We will make sure we spread the word around not to take revenge but just to prevent you from sucking other people's hard earned money. And don't you bad talk the other contractor because they were the ones who took care of what you messed up!!!

You don't have the faintest idea of what after service means, nor support, nor accountability for your mistakes. Word gets around, someday this will all come crashing down on you.

The Toilet Bowl

#4UPDATE Employee ..inside information

Tue, August 20, 2013

On November 10, 2009 a new toilet was installed in this customer’s home.  The installation included a toilet, a heavy duty wax seal, calking around the toilet and a “weep hole” in the back of the toilet at floor level to indicate if leaking were an issue.  There was no leaking.

On November 13, 2009 we were called back to the house to remedy a problem with a clogged toilet, the same toilet that we had installed.  The determination at this visit for the clogged toilet was that the customer had a young child who had over used toilet paper and therefore had clogged the drainage area for this toilet.  There was no leaking.  We unclogged the drain free of charge and had not heard from this customer again until last week ~ FOUR YEARS LATER!!

On Thursday the 15th of August 2013, our Service Manager was contacted about a water leak issue at this home.  He spoke with the customer at length about the problem and listened to their frustrations.  He went out to their home that same day to inspect the problem.

Water damage photographs were taken and it was determined that it was not possible for this to have been a leak that occurred over a 4 year period of time.  The ceiling below the bathroom floor did not have enough water damage to account for a 4 year water leak.  It was also determined and our Service Manager was told at that visit that another company had removed the toilet some time after our initial installation to install new tile on the floor of this same bathroom.  It appears that the new tile installation and toilet removal and reinstallation by another company are where the problem started.  It is just common since.  After all, wouldn’t the other contractor have pointed out the mold and water damage to the customer had it been there at that point in time?

We stand by our work and understand that your home is most likely your largest investment and that it is important to you.  That is why we offer a two year warranty on all parts and labor

For over thirty years we have been in business servicing homes.  We understand that your comfort and safety are very important to you - it is also very important to us.  Our reputation is paramount to us and we know that it comes down to customer satisfaction.  We cannot however take the blame for another contractor’s mistake.  That just isn’t good business.
