I was charged $49.99 for a grill that I never received. It showed in my checking account on January 28th, 2024. I want the charge put back into my account A.S.A.P.

I have used MyPremiumRewards twice and received what I wanted both times. One was a Jeep Dog Walker and one was a Panasonic 42" HDTV (which is in my living room right now).
What you HAVE to do is keep detailed records of everything you do to qualify so that when they ask for proof of your activities, you can provide them the information. I did this, and they did ask for it, several times. Finally, an eighteen-wheeler truck pulled up in front of my house one day to deliver my HDTV free of charge.
Of course, I did spend over $300 on trial products, some of which I still use today. But my HDTV did come to me FREE otherwise. I sold the Jeep Dog Walker for $200.

I have had nothing but success with this company. This is a site run by a mother comapny called NuiTech. They are considered one of the top freebie do it yourself sites(DIY) in the industry. It is very important to read the TOC in any agreement you enter. Premium rewards offers both a TOC and Program Reqs. link on the first page which explains exactly how to get your free gift. I will assume you just jumped right in and did some of the survey page offers without reading the rules. If you click on program reguirements it will explain that you should complete a certain number of offers per page of offers. There are three pages on most all of their sites with reguirements to complete anywhere from 2 to 10 offers on whatever page you are looking at. This really is for real and I suggest you start over and take the loss. Whatever it was 10 or 20 dollars. You will more than make up for it in free gifts. I have personally received a free ipod nano and a 42inch plasma edtv.

Okay - which is it, "Holy" or "Sara"? I have NEVER heard of the name "Holy" before (just an aside...). Anyway - if you are so doggone customer oriented, how come you don't have a TOLL-FREE number?
