While I used myresumewizard.com services and was pleased with there service, the problem I had was they charged me 2.98.which was great. But then I was looking at my bank statement and I noticed a debit from this company for $36.90.I called to inquire about this charge and the girl answered on what sounded like a speaker phone. I told her my situation and she said that I had ageeded to the monthly charge. I said I did not see that and why would I need the service for a month when I was done with it in a half hour? I then asked where they are located and she informed me she cannot tell me that.
I then asked to speak to a manager she said there is no one, I said there is no manager that you could transfer me to?and she said no. There is also a 7 day money back guarantee that I saw as I read everything closer and it appears my charge was 8 days just outside the 7 day period. So now my bank is looking into this. If you use this service make sure you maybe call in your order or make sure you are only charged the 2.98.
