Our Return Policy was posted at the website at the time the customer made the purchase. We have a money back policy, but not a 100% purchase price refund policy; nor do we advertise a 100% purchase price refund policy.
Our website is well within industry standards. For example, a review of the Amazon.com website shows their Return Policy only returns 50% of the purchase price of used items and none of the S&H. Also, the Amazon Return Policy (unlike ours) is difficult to find, requiring approx 5 clicks to locate. Our link is easy to find as it is located at the bottom of every page of our website and only requires one click.
Like eyeglasses, pharmaceuticals, etc., the value of any product is determined by what the product does and/or how effective it is, not the cost of manufacturing. Our product does work for most people and we feel our product is reasonably priced in the marketplace.

I did not find them to be a rip-off. All of the information about Returns, including the fees and proper instructions, are on the website at all times at the bottom. They were very pleasant to me when I called them with my information for the refund. If you do not follow the Return Policy, they have no proof that you sent it back. People can run scams on companies too and they are just trying to make sure that their backs are covered. I definitely think they would give you your money back if you just call them and give them your delivery confirmation number or something that shows that you sent it back. Try it! And have a little faith, man. Times are getting hard and no one, not even businesses, can really afford to be scammed on and lose money. Let me know how it goes!
