Lynn, You MUST always read and understand the terms of any offer you respond to. You need to pay attention, and just use common sense. Whenever someone uses the word 'free", you need to immediately ask yourself "how much is FREE going to cost me". Nothing is FREE. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Just common sense here. As far as the offer you described, it clearly tells you that you will recieve future scheduled shipments. You just failed to read the offer completely, and you failed to "cancel" during the specified trial offer period. No rip off here. You just did not pay attention to what you agreed to.
