My Vapor Store excels in ****** Customer Service?. MVS is an awful company that sells terrible non-functioning products. I bought a Sigelei 30W box mod and a Kangertech Mega, both of them failed instantly! I sent them back and received replacements, which, guess what- also FAILED INSTANTLY! They will not give me a refund, they will only give me a store credit for 1/3 of what I paid them. They are literally stealing money from me. They will do it to you too! Do not give them your business, ever! Mt. Baker Vapor is worlds above My Vapor Store. My Vapor Store is a rip off! Nothing works and they won't issue you a full credit! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. THEY STOLE FROM ME.
