I have also had this billed to my phone bill for the past two months. Kept calling with no response from them to call me back. Windstream did deduct the cost from my bill the first month after I talked to them. This month when the charge appeared again I called Windstream and they got me in touch with the company, they actually make the call to My Voicemail Network and then put me on the line. I was told that back in May I filled out either a survey or some other form giving them permission to bill my phone bill. She said that my account was canceled back in July, which must have been done by Windstream, but I could not get credit for it until I emailed support@myvoicemailrewards with a confirmation number which she gave me. I sent the email so we will see what next month brings. Bonnie

Shane, this is the 2nd month this charge showed up on my AT&T bill. I spoke with My Voicemail network. They were very sketchy about their business and they would stop billing me, but no credit to be issued. I contacted AT&T, they have removed the charge twice now and suggested I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) My complaint is the first one on record with them. I don't know why a phone carrier would not credit back the charges. It is a separate charge unrelated to their company. You should only have to pay for their service. Lynda Dallas, TX
