My way Express ,Seth, president, Ripoff lease purchase Cullman Al Alabama
They lease purchase you a truck with $2,500 down and run you illegally as much as they can. Then once you start complaining about it and your pay, they tell you to clean out your truck on the yard and you have no way home. They tell you to get off there property. I've see Seth pull a gun on a driver after he fired him. Another driver was close to paying his truck off and they fired him and he went to the bank to buy the truck and they won't sell it to him. Then they take all your maintenance escrow and your last check. What make things worst, they put a bad report on your dac. It have to at least 12 drivers including myself while I was there. A lawyer told us that the contract never says that we will own the truck and that's why we couldn't file a lawsuit against them. Check your lease agreement drivers.
