My Web Wholesaler, INC. MWW Mywebwholesale.com mywebwholesaler could deliver the Xbox, refunded me minus $1500 for restocking fees Carson City Nevada
I purchased 20 units of xBox 360 from mywebwholesaler.com which cost $7460 and additional $200 for delivery. The web site stated that deliver will be after 2 week from a cleared payment. My Web Wholesaler insisted on wire transfer and didn't accept credit cards. The find has been wired transferred to their bank account by 02/12/ 2006.
The two weeks delivery time passed without delivery, they provided another date, which also passed, the provided a third one, and yes also passed without delivery or even an email notice. I tried to contact the owner via emails and phone, but never got any response. Finally I got an email from the owner stating that my order was "pulled out of the truck" and a refund check has been issued.
When I received the check on 03/13/2006, I was shocked when I found out they deducted $1492.00 for restocking fees. That is 20% of $7460 for an item they could not deliver it, and I never received it.
My Web Wholesaler is a BIG time SCAMER. STAY A WAY!!

I have tried to contact you via email and phone without any reply from you!! However I made 2 phone calls today 03/08 trying to get hold of you. The first one was around 10.00am and I spoke with Wanda to verify the shipping date of the units and I was informed that it's either shipped or on it's way. The second call it was around 4.00pm and I spoke with the office secretary and I was informed that you have issued a refund check and it was sent out today in the mail. I am not sure what is going on and what to expect. Would you please reply back to me confirming either scenario.

All, If you are reading this, post either you are doing your research before you are purchasing or already being scammed by My Web Wholesaler MWW www.mywebwholesale.com. If doing a researchm PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT!! you will lose. If already being scammed, go to www.surplus.cc and post your story in thw web site. more people voice thier scam story, more likely, MWW will be removed and stop scamming other buyer. Report to BBB and folow up with them, send a complain to Attorneys General of the States of Maine, Nevada, and your own state. File a claim in small claim court in your state. It will work since most of us initaited the transaction via the internet, you can file in your state. Contact the Federal Trade Commission and file a complain, contact ConsumerAffairs.Com and file a complain. DO NOT GIVE UP. It would probably be better for the wholesale buying public in general if Lisa was to find a different job. She gets a lot of leads from surplus.net. If she was removed as a member her presence and sales would probably fall and she might get out of the business. File a complaint to the surplus.net administrator.
