my william jones MyWilliamJones ...too good to be true was just that... too good to be true, Internet
In November 2011 we were sent an email for a great deal on 7" Android tablets. We decided to buy 3 for Christmas gifts for our daughters and for my in-laws. The deal was through Wonton. We were assured we would have our purchases in time for Christmas.
Christmas came and went, we continued to contact Nigel who explained the product had been damaged in shipping and he was very sorry, we would get a free solar charger for our trouble. again we waited and nothing came. We contacted Nigel and he said the model we ordered was no longer available but that for the same price we would get the newest upgraded model. It never came.
In March we were fed up and requested or money back. we have emailed every day since then to no avail. We began copying Wonton on the emails so they would know who they were promotoing. Today we were contacted by Wonton who has agreed to refund us in full (good job Wonton!) and they concluded there email saying they have dropped MyWilliamJones as a vendor as they have either sent poor quality product, damaged product, or none at all to Wonton's customers. Stay away from this company and anything they sell..it's too good to be true
