INTRO: Saw this ad for 3-day "free trial" diet pills for $4.50 postage on Feb 12. Ordered same day and the $4.50 postage was charged but no pills arrived yet. On Feb. 28, my card was charged $92, and the "free trial" finally arrived on March 2. Obviously. there is NO free trial as the pills are shipped only after being billed in full.
EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PILLS: I started the treatment on Mar. 2 at 208 pounds. I had plateaued at this weight after the Xmas holidays and wanted to loose the extra again. One week later, I was 212 pounds--a new all time high for me (even without holiday binging!). Two weeks later, I was 211.2, and I remained there to the end of the 30-day trial. As can be seen, the pills were effective for me, but in the wrong direction.
CONCLUSION: Stay away from CELLAN or CELLEAN. If their product was any good, they would not need these scam tactics. I wish I had investigated their tactics sooner. The pills are nothing but a placebo.

The company forgets to mention that their much-touted "free trial" does NOT refer to their diet-pill product (as english-speaking persons would assume}, but rather to a time-period of 16 days-- starting with the date of the order--during which time the order may be canceled via phone..
Since the shipment of the product is routinely delayed 16 days (I found out by researching CELLEAN), there is no "free trial" of the product as the time period for a free product trial had elapsed when the pills arrived in my mailbox after the 16 days are over. It is small consolation to be advised in their rebuttal that I could have asked for an extension. I tried to phone their number several times, but only got a recorded message promising to call back later. After two months, nobody has called yet. So, the excuse that I could have or should have etc.etc. is a blatant lie. No person answers their phone or calls back.
You may have noticed for yourself that the company made absolutely NO attempt in their rebuttal to gain a satisfied customer, or to compensate for an ineffective batch of the product. The latter is always possible when a faulty batch is accidentally mixed and shipped from their plant. However, I am sure that they have no intention of giving back any of my money--which they obtained under false pretenses by bailing out an ineffective batch of their product. Perhaps I should consider myself lucky--I did not get sick from their diet-pills! Signed: OPA

Cllan is a 16 day risk-free trial. Were sorry your shipment was delayed. You can always call customer service to request a free trial extension when your shipment does not arrive on time. There may be some adjustments to how you take Cllan that could be more effective. Were always happy to help customers that are not losing weight with Cllan and we often find that customers are taking Cllan at the wrong time, are on a calorie-restricted diet that is too low in calories, or are have medications or chronic conditions that interfere with Cllan.
