MyComfort did not honor their return policy - I am left with a $2,000 bed that hurts my back! Alpine Utah
MyComfort did NOT honor their "no-hassle" return policy! Do NOT waste your time or money with this company. Their customer services is awful in my experience and their product is even worse.
My back started aching the first night I purchased and slept on their "OrthoGel" mattress system - or "sleep system" as they call it. They claim these sleep systems are recommended by chiropractors. Don't believe the hype! Or their cunning sales people. They will tell you anything to make the sale. They *showed* me the return policy. I read it. And when it came time to return the bed, they simply said "no." I followed the rules. And yet I have no recourse but to file a small claims suit (which is underway).
