Mydv.co.uk TAKES YOUR MONEY - DOESN'T DELIVER GOODS - EVER!! NOT LONDON AS CLAIMED NOT ENGLAND AS CLAIMED
Since ordering my portable media player from MYDV.co.uk I have had nothing but trouble. Ordered early December as a Christmas present, promised delivery by DHL.
No goods ever arrived despite continued promises by the company's customer services operators who are based in India. The phone number looks like a London, [UK] number but is transferred to the call centre in India. Very pleasant staff - empty promises.
Suspicions aroused when the company could not give me the DHL tracking number, then the web site stopped taking orders, now the web site has been closed down.
Dont buy from this company, in any of its guises. Hindsight is a wonderful thing; since being ripped off, I have heard of hundreds of other people similarly treated.
