Luckily for me I have now got my money back from the credit card company (who have other investigations against this company. I also, (after being very persistent), managed to contact those who shall not be named to cancel the order, although they didn't want me to, firstly through the chat line, who said they couldn't cancel the order and then the queries helpdesk (in India). As with others I was promised an e mail within 24 hrs. This did eventually turned up after I contacted them again to check on my order, their reply was along the lines of "it is currently being processed in the warehouse". I told them that that was strange as I had cancelled the order and miraculously there system updated suddenly to say I had cancelled it (but I still had to wait another few weeks for the conformation. I will update again when the credit card company get their money back.
