I also ordered a CD from this company (as did the above individual), which claims they will show you how to create a website which they will host and get you started in the online auction biz. I was under the impression that the CD was FREE (just pay $1.87) for shipping. Well they charged the shipping fee and then began to charge me a monthly fee of $54.95 when I had neither activated my account nor used any of the services offered.

When I inquired on May 10th, a "Customer Service" representative asked if I had read the terms associated with this offer. I stated that I had glanced at them and had not seen any reference to a $54.95 monthly fee. His response was that it was in there and I had apparently agreed with the terms in order to continue. He then said he would process a refund that would take 7 10 days to credit to my account with a confirmation number of CA8080.

My second inquiry on May 25th was very educational. I spoke with Brady and was told my refund had been refused, but he would e-mail me a document to print, and sign to the extent that I had agreed to the $54.95 monthly charge. I was to receive this e-mail within the hour, sign and fax the document back to him (Fax: 1-801-942-0698) and he would cut a check for the amount of $54.95 and mail it to me. Needless to say, I did not receive any email and doubt now I ever will.

I do honestly believe this to be somewhat of a scam because the monthly charge is hidden very cleverly in the terms, not out in the open where it should have been. Had I known about the monthly charge, I would have steered clear of this website!

After posting the above, on June 12th I faxed a copy to the number I had, just wondering if there was even anyone attending the number. I received a prompt reply on June 13th as follows: Please include your home address for the check to be mailed to. with a form attached. The email was from: [email protected]. I promptly filled out the form and faxed that back on June 14th. My spirits were uplifted as I pressed the send button on my FAX machine. I felt as if there was a God after all. Well I guess it just goes to show you, never have faith in a business (?) that screwed you in the first place. I will be faxing this update as soon as I post it on your site. Please, please, please, stay away from this company, unless you like giving away your hard earned money!
