I was hired to work an event by Martin Bishar, I was told that he would ship me the equipment for the event but as the event drew nearer Martin decided to deliver the equipment to my home. When the equipment was delivered it was stuffed into a cardboard box and a mess!!!!! He showed me how to set up the photo booth for the event, and then left. I asked many times for the details of the event and was told by Martin that he would email them to me... The day of the event I finally received the address and wedding party information!!!!
The Bride and Groom were very happy with the photo booth as well as the scrapbook I made for them. I was dressed nice, I was very friendly to all the guests, and did a good job. After the wedding I called Martin and he said that the event had been a success!!! He told me that I should receive my pay within 2 weeks.
I waited the 2 weeks and when I did not receive my pay I called Martin. I asked him why I had not received my pay Martin Bishar stated that I was not going to be paid for the event. I find it unfair that I traveled 3 hours to Sarasota, worked 5 hours taking pictures and making a scrapbook for the wedding, then traveled back to my home 3 hours and will not be getting paid for my hard work. The total of $ 250.00 is still owed to me.
I have children to support and in this economy you take whatever work you can get!!! This money was going to be used to buy groceries and some fireworks for my children for the Fourth of July!!! Now my kids will have a miserable holiday because I can not afford to buy these things because Martin Bishar refuses to pay me for my work.
Please make sure you never to work for this man or any of his companies!!!!!

This report was actually written by KEITH DAVANZO. Please note that he put the name "Josh" as several reports have been filed against him on this website in the past so he can not use his real name and information. If I used this website to search his name before we used their service, we would not have gone through the nightmare of using his company. Keith D'Avanzo D'Avanzo Inc 239 214 4556 Mobile 239 325 9336 Office www.DAvanzoinc.com KEITH DAVANZO 3310 Bermuda island cir Naples FL 34109 Unit number 229a We have never employed someone by the name of Josh, nor do we have any contractual agreements by anyone by that name. The only people we ever hired were KEITH DAVANZO and his "staffing company." It is KEITH DAVANZO who wrote these FALSE statements. I personally delivered the booth to him. We as a company have never received any complaints until we hired KEITH DAVANZO to staff two of our events. Both clients complained about similar issues in regards to appearance, rudeness and the unprofessional nature of KEITH and his wife SAMANTHA DAVANZO. KEITH billed us for them selves and had their friends and neighbors (as both clients stated) hang out for the event as they left. We have full statements from both clients of exactly what happened. These statements were written and provided to us as a courtesy from our clients to help protect us from false accusations such as this and are available to anyone who has questions in regards to his business practices or to anyone who would like to know the extent of embarrassment this staffing company has caused us. He carelessly destroyed our equipment, our reputation and costed us thousands of dollars in business. He filed this FALSE report over spite. We gave one client a full refund and did not receive payment from the other. However, we did have one successful staffed event by KEITH DAVANZO.
