I just got this via email from homeworks: Dear : Your concern regarding your Homeworks Plus membership has been forwarded to my office for review and reply. First, please allow me to thank you for bringing this to my attention. Customer service remains paramount for my organization and I will do everything possible to resolve this to your satisfaction. As you requested the membership has been cancelled and refunds are in process in the amount of $ 9.95. This refund will appear on your statement ($9.95 x 2 ) in one of the next two billing cycles depending on your closing date. Once again, thank you for contacting me and allowing me the opportunity to review and address your concern. If there is anything further I can do to be of assistance please let me know. K.
