Went online and ordered a t-shirt. The shirt was paid for via credit card and was never sent. The payment did however showed up on my credit card statement.

You have an order confirmation number to prove your order. We can also confirm and track your order by other things such as your name and address. At the very least, you will be able to redesign your shirt at no charge of course. For every few orders that don't immediately (or ever) reach their intended recipient, we've delivered to over 100,000 satisfied customers this past year alone. One thing to keep in mind is the government actually has laws in place against this practice. Not that this will help you now, but it is information that might come in handy (say lawsuit). The law states that a company MAY NOT charge your credit card UNTIL the item has been confirmed as shipped. Most companies comply with this rule, but if your credit card was charged and you never received the item, well you get the point. I, also, say this cause screwups like this might scare people away from the internet, but there ARE many reputiable companies out there. Good luck, and I hope this helps someone out there.
