I recently woke up to a chargeback. This person Nathan told the credit company that it was a fradulent charge when indeed I know it is a charge made by him. Anyways to make a long story short I contacted him on his website on live chat since its hard to get a hold of him. And the number seems to be foreign but he is from austin texas. Smells fishy right!?
I contacted him and he said that he did not like the service so he waited a month or two to dispute the charge. Why wait that long and determine you want your 50 bucks back. I have a very clear refund policy . if he is unhappy then stop the campaign and let me know so I can refund you but no. He wanted the service and his money back.... That is a fraud in my book.
If you see any reports about my company it is coming from this guy. he said if i reverse the charge that he will report me to the BBB and rip off report and lie about my company. So any reports from here on are pretty sure from this dude Nathan.
