Mymp3down England UK, found this company on a search, paid money, can't login, can't contact, been well, and truly RIPPED OFF - HELP USA Internet
I am in the UK. Found this company on Google and signed up. Unlimited free downloads etc. It won't let me login. Tried to contact them via e-mail (this is only contact). E-mailed them twice, no response. They took money out of my account, ?22.00, I tried to e-mail them again. This time they are telling me I have no access to e-mail, they do not recognise my email address!Has anyone else in the UK been as stupid as I have, because that's how I feel stupid. I am usually cautious about using my debit card online, but their web page looked so appealling and professional. Is there anything I can do? Anyone have any advice for me, apart from the obvious - DON'T BE SO GULLIBLE NEXT TIME!
