The software members area and my mp3live.com charged my account for an un authorized amount of 78.72 dollars. How are they getting away with this. I was trying to access real player wich is free and was charged for sofware I never requested or recieved. how can this matter be resolved. I see I am obviously not the only person they are doing this to and they give you no way to contact the. What do you do when ripped off by these companies
