I originally was excited to preorder an album from MyPlay Direct because I loved the artist releasing it. After preording it on March 27th, I didn't recieve a shipping date. About 4 days I recieved an email that it would be delayed to ship, which was odd but fine. The email said it would ship at the start of April, which wasn't too far off so it's fine.

The day after the new expected ship date, I recieved ANOTHER email saying it would ship later, this time at the very end of April.

After May started I emailed them asking where my album was, and was told they 'had not recieved the vinyls as expected.' and that someone would be updating my order status with a new shipping date and would send me an email once it shipped.

I still have not seen a new shipping date, an email, or the vinyl.

We reached out to the artist himself on it and asked him what had happened with MyPlay and his vinyls. His HR department contacted us and informed us they were having a multitude of issues with MyPlay and were very angry with their current handling of the situation, and that they were looking into our order themselves.

I would not like to refund because of how difficult it is to find his other vinyls, so I'm worried I'll miss out on a chance at one if I give up the order. But at this rate I feel like I'll never get it...

Definitely dissapointed with MyPlay Direct.
