MYSHOEFASHION I, was offered to participate in a survey in exchange for a gift of a mens watch, all that I, had to pay was $5.99 for shipping. They without my consent, enrrolled me in a subscripiton and charged to my debit card $98.00. Florida Internet, nationwide
On or about 05-11, 2016, I, was offered (on line) to participate in a survey, in exchange of a free gift, all that I, had to pay was shipping and handling in the amount of $5.99 (amount paid with my debit card) I, was offered to choose from several items, I, Chose for a mans wrist watch (made in china) which was sent to me. A couple of days later (05-14-16) I, attempted to pay for our meal bill at a local restaurant, and my debit card was declined (the bill was for $35.03 including a $5,00 dollar tip. knowing that I had at least $100.00 dollars in my checking account), but my payment was declined by Chase). Then, I, realized that something was wrong, I, called Chase and finded out, that this Company my shoe fashion, used the information that I, provided of my debit card, to reap me off and according to them, I, was enrrolled in some type of subscription for which they debit to my debit card $98.00. I, went to Chase and complainted about this unauthorized debit of $98.00 dollars, the Chase rep. got in the phone and called the Company, they offered me a refund of $50.00 which I, declined. I, am sure that by now, you have other people complainting about the ways that this company is reaping off unsuspected clients. Please halp. Thank You.
