Myturtlestore.com They sent me a turtle that was dead Port Richey Flordia
They have false advertising. They send me this turtle that is smaller than a penny. Thought we was getting a juvenile ended up getting a baby which we did not request. My ten year old has been wanting a turtle . Me and her her mother decided to go buy her 400 dollars worth of turtle supplies so my daughter can be proud of her turtle and it’s habitat.
We get the turtle and it’s dead!!! I called them and they said ohh let it hibernate for 20 minutes and it’ll be fine we waited and that turtle was already starting to stink. So we sent our turtle back like they requested and come to find out they won’t give us our money back. They seem to have this idea that we want something else from them. WE DONT WANT ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS SCAM IF A BUSINESS.
